    • Once upon a time I registered at RedState so I could comment. I think that being registered there means you can “blog” there… or used to mean that. I guess that’s where that comes from, assuming you’re finding the same void after “Stories by CK MacLeod” that I’m getting.

    • by CK MacLeod at RedState? I don’t believe so… unless there’s another CK MacLeod, or unless some obscure RedState application turns comments into “stories,” or unless one day while experimenting with the set-up I wrote something that I haven’t given another thought to since.

  1. I’m bappy that they’re not at red state and don’t really want to know where they aren’t.

Ain’t got world enough and time to keep hearing that the C stands for Coy.

    Give ’em up.

  2. aint asking for the new flesh.

is there any old CK fiction anywhere and available to be read ?

a non-answer will be met with no further questioning.

    • Best least coy answer is probably, no, there isn’t.

Tried a number of times over the course of many years to write conventional fiction – short stories and novelistic fiction – but eventually determined just wasn’t/isn’t for me. Sooner or later everything just turned into prose poetry or formal experimentation of one kind or another.

Recently read through a bunch of stuff I happen to have been moving from computer to computer over the years, and the experience didn’t alter my views.
